If you wish, the immersion begins directly at the bar of the nhow Marseille hotel, where 100% mystery cocktails are offered.

Once plunged into the darkness, during dinner, all your senses will be awakened. Between touch, smell, hearing, and of course, taste, it’s up to you to decide which senses to rely on to help you guess the contents of your plate.

At the end of the experience, you will be welcomed back to the light to discover the dishes you tasted in the dark.
